Between Us is a new party series that seeks to create an intimate space for soulful dance music in Vienna. We connect music selectors, collectives and dancers from around the world. Friendly vibes guaranteed.
Maurice Fulton is one of the unsung heroes of house music. An enigmatic and eccentric expat American with a unique signature sound, he has one of most colorful and impressive back catalogues in house music’s history. In addition to his own productions and remixes, many of which have become classics, he has written and produced music for the likes of Róisín Murphy, Jimi Tenor and, most recently, Peggy Gou. As early as in 1991, he has also been involved in the production of one of the most successful house tracks of all time, Crystal Waters’ Gypsy Woman (She’s Homeless). Always keeping a low profile, few people embody the spirit of house music more than Maurice: it’s not about you, but about the music.
